V3: How to Add and Manage Holidays

1. Go to Administrator
2. Click Holiday List
3. Select Create New Record
4. Fill Out Holiday Details

  • Locations – Choose where the holiday applies (or leave as “All”)
  • Holiday Name – Example: New Year’s Day
  • Year – Select the correct year
  • Month & Day – Choose the exact date
  • Type – Select one:
          Regular Holiday
          Special Non-Working Holiday
          Special Working Holiday
  • ​Optional Checkboxes:
    Double Regular Holiday
    Use only if 2 regular holidays fall on the same day.
    Regular & Special Non-Working Holiday
    Use only if a regular holiday and a special non-working holiday fall on the same day.

5. Once done click "Save"
6. Edit or Manage Existing Holidays

  • Click the Actions button beside a holiday to edit or update it.
