1.Go to Administrator.

2.Click file Maintenance.

3.Click Position.

4.Click the green plus icon to add Position and Click the upload icon to download Template and Upload Mass Upload Position.

5.Click the blue folder icon to view Competency Requirements,Click plus icon to add Competency Requirements, Click the Pencil icon to Modify Position, Click the delete Icon to delete,

note: when deleting a position make sure that no employee is tagged in order

to proceed with deletion.
