  1. Go to Payroll.
  2. Choose Payroll Setting.
  3. Select a Company.
  4. Choose "Activate Fixed Amount Basis of PhilHealth For All Employees".
  5. Click Update.
  6. Set to Yes.
  7. Click Save Changes.
