How to Restart the Biometric Device From Web Server

1.Go to Crosscheck and Deactivate Real-time.
2.Checkbox only the Device (to restart).
3.Click Modify.
4.Copy the IP Address of the Bio-metric device.
5.Access the Web server from the Browser.
Default Credentials for Web Server; Username: admin Password: 12345 [Same Password on the admin from Bio metrics].
6.Go to “Advanced Setting”
7.Go to “Restart”
8.Click “Restart” button.
9.Click “OK”
10.Wait for 30 seconds to restart the bio-metric device.
11.After 30 seconds, go to Crosscheck and Synchronise the Time.
12.If the Bio-metrics Icon turned blue – the device had already connected if Gray still disconnected.Note: Enable Real time to get the logs from the bio-metrics.
