How to Generate Leave Balance Credits Report

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Click Time.
  3. Select Leave Reports.
  4. Select between Option 1 and Option 2 of Leave Summary Report.
  5. If using Option 1;
    • Report Result Type - if you want to download the report (Excel), while if you just want to view the report (Browser View).
    • Choose Cover Year - select cover year for your report.
    • Choose Leave Type - you can select one leave type or all leave type
    • Choose Location/Classification/Employment - just check or uncheck the necessary information.
    • Employee Status - select between Active, Inactive or All.
  6. If using Option 2;
    • Report Result Type - if you want to download the report (Excel), while if you just want to view the report (Browser View).
    • Choose Cover Year - select cover year for your report.
    • Choose Division - select all or a specific division to view
    • Choose Department - select all or a specific department to view
    • Choose Section - select all or a specific section to view
    • Choose Location/Classification/Employment - just check or uncheck the necessary information.
    • Employee Status - select between Active, Inactive or All.
  7. Click Generate.
